Is it cake? Or is it soap? The world will never know….

Mother’s Day is right around the corner and with my Graduation drawing near, I wanted to get simple yet sophisticated gifts for the people who has helped me achieve this milestone.  I took this search to Etsy as I know the site is teeming with handmade artisan finds. Lo and behold, I found Soul 6 Soaps.

Her shop features irresistibly delightful cold press handmade soap bars, whipped soap fluffs and milkshake soaps in a variety of delectable scents as well as bath bombs, lip scrubs and lotion bars at a reasonable price!

I ordered the Surprise Goodie Bag as it contains two-full sized products and a bunch of sample sized products. For only $15, it did not disappoint as I received a generous amount of sample sizes of the products I would definitely get. The first thing I noticed when I received my order was how much care and passion Jessica, the shop owner, puts into the products she make. On her Soul 6 Soaps Youtube channel she shows how she makes the soaps and I find it really interesting how she meticulously designs the bars herself.

For my full-sized products, I got the Black Raspberry Vanilla soap and Cotton Candy Whipped Soap fluff. Everything smells heavenly but the Raspberry soap takes the cake (no pun intended) for me. Made with coconut milk and shea butter, it has this fresh sweet scent that’s not too overpowering. (Fragrance contains: Fresh picked raspberries, peach, coconut, wild berry, bergamot, strawberry, jasmine rose, Sugar and light musk.)

For the sample sizes in my order, I got Peppermint Kisses Scrub Whipped Fluff, Sweet Shop Coconut Milk Soap, Birthday Cake Soap and the 8th & Ocean Soap.

Also inside was one of the shop’s bestsellers, Fruit Loops Whipped Soap Fluff  and it smells exactly like Fruit Loops cereal! The consistency was creamy and was not too harsh on the skin.

The best part? It’s vegan!IMG_8210IMG_8216soul6soaps3

So excited to start wrapping these decadent treats as it will definitely allure anyone who receives them!
