Feel what you feel, and keep a sticky note inscribed with beautiful words somewhere at the back of your mind, to remind yourself that this is temporary and everything will be okay…

It’s okay to have days when you feel weak. Days when your bones cannot sustain the weight and pressure the world has put on your shoulders. Days when you can’t mentally grasp the essence of everything around you. Days when you want to just roll up in a small cocoon to avoid everyone and their energy. Days when you just want to float away somewhere on a cloud to escape reality. Days when the only feeling that makes sense, is a feeling of retreat. You are not defined by your weak moments.
