In honor of International Women’s Day this March 8, 2018, the celebrated designer of the iconic wrap dress is opening her New York City headquarters to the public for a four-day event packed with interactive experiences and panel discussions to provide a forum, celebrate and empower women from all walks of life.

The panel discussions will cover thoughtful conversations on topics including entrepreneurship, storytelling and being #InCharge, a DVF-lead movement on what female empowerment means in the modern world. Below you will find the schedule for each day of the event.

Vital Voices Mentoring Walk | 8:30am
DVF will be partnering with Vital Voices to co-host a mentoring walk on The High Line. (Register online here) Registered mentees will be assigned mentors to inspire and give guidance.
Vital Voices is a non-profit organization founded to support the advancement of women’s leadership. They are planning to organize 150 of these empowering walks in 60 other countries and their first ever stop – New York City. The Walk will then be followed by a Networking Breakfast and Panel with Diane von Furstenberg and Vital Voices President and CEO, Alyse Nelson. After the walk, von Furstenberg will be hosting a networking breakfast at her studio.
