Models, bloggers, influencers, press and fun-loving fashionistas gathered at the recently concluded New York City leg of College Fashion Week last September 30,2017. Organized by Her Campus Media, the 3-hour fashion show featured looks from the headlining fashion sponsor, Primark for that catwalk-to-campus ready ensemble. It was an amazing night full of real fabulous women in all shapes and sizes, ready to ace their off and on campus looks.

the experience

spindrift sparkling waterDuring VIP hour, I had the chance to connect with other influencers as well as be amazed at the personal stylish power and charms that everyone brought with them that night. Activation sites by sponsors enveloped the event space and each booth contributed to make the affair even more colorful and lively for the attendees.

Bringing their own bright and bubbly presence at #CFW is Spindrift Sparkling Water, the official beverage sponsor of College Fashion Week. Their activation site was an explosion of colors and bold and flavorful goodness of nothing but real fruits and sparkling water (yup, that’s it!), ensuring we stayed fashionably hydrated all night long. I love the humble beginnings of the company and how Bill Creelman, the founder, crafted the first triple-filtered sparkling beverage made with simple ingredients and shared it with the rest of the world.

Celebrate the simple things in life by serving a glamorous glass of chilled and refreshingly indulgent Spindrift Sparkling Water in a variety of flavors like Grapefruit, Blackberry, Cucumber, Lemon, Raspberry Lime, Orange Mango and Strawberry. Grab one that matches your taste and style at a store near you!

If there’s anything I took away from my Her Conference 2017 experience, it’s that, Her Campus truly knows how to take care of their attendees. The floor was first opened for the VIP hour before the general public and I was blessed with the opportunity to roam around the venue and check out each activation area. We were given pampering treatments and swag bags overflowing with so much beauty essentials from Ulta Beauty, BedHead by Tigi, Popsugar and many others. Snacks and refreshments were also provided for during the entire night.

Beyond grateful for the opportunity to be in the same room as other fun and fearless women who knows how to kick ass in their careers and studies and look stylish while doing it. Highly suggest you attend CFW next year as it’s a great venue to learn more about up and coming clothing brands and fashion trends to spark inspiration for your next #ootd 🙂

  1. What a great experience. I’ve started to drink more sparkling water beverages in an attempt to get away from high calorie and high sugar sodas, and Spindrift is my favorite. It tastes great and is very refreshing, but there is nothing artificial and no added sugar. I’ll be drinking a ton of it this summer!

  2. You’re lucky enough to be a part of such a wonderful event. I love college wear, although I’m working now and prefer formals. But college wear takes me back to those days. Got some inspiration from here 🙂

  3. Any fashion show that celebrates women of all hues and shapes is a show that is itself worthy of celebration. I am sure a great impact was left on the self esteem of the fashionistas as well as the attendees.

  4. Looks like you guys had a blast! The outfits are so fashionable. I’ve never tried Spindrift Sparkling Water but would love to one day.

  5. the models and styles are so gorgeous! i wish i could have been there. my favorite piece is the green pants – they look so comfortable and could be paired with anything!

  6. Looks like you had a great time for College Fashion Week with those people. Looks like they had some pretty cool fashion for college-aged people. I am curious as to what double denim is. I have never heard of that.

  7. How fun! Love the key trends, very similar to what was showing on the catwalks at NY Fashion Week! Such talented young designers!
