To make, change or cancel travel arrangements, please contact your company’s travel office. Each company has a different set of contacts for their business. Most often, contact information can be found within your written policy or on your itinerary.
If you are using TripSource, you can find support under “My Company”.
- If you made the hotel reservation through BCD Travel, contact your company’s travel agent or check your itinerary.
- If you booked through TripSource, you can log in to TripSource to cancel your booking.
- If you did not book your hotel reservation through BCD Travel, contact the hotel directly.
- The fastest way to get help is by calling the number on your BCD Travel itinerary.
